Prices

A 4 Wheeler price and a 2 Wheeler price for every service, plus the details of what the package includes — one point per line, or separated with commas. Leave a box empty if you don't offer it for that vehicle — the website then keeps the service out of that vehicle's list (a 0 would show as ₹0 instead). Whether the website shows the amounts at all is the button on the right. The website updates as soon as you save.

Business

A second number people can call, shown on the website under the main one. WhatsApp messages always go from your main number.
A link with coordinates (e.g. https://www.google.com/maps?q=32.254813,77.189909) also shows a map on the website.

Loyalty rewards

One stamp per wash. Each reward unlocks at its stamp number; the card is complete at the highest one and a fresh card starts. Cost is added to expenses when you hand the reward over (0 = don't record).

Backup & data

Everything is saved in your MySQL database on the server, so every phone and computer you log in from sees the same data. Download a backup now and then to keep a copy. Restoring also accepts backups from the old browser-only version.

New vehicle

Payment is taken when the wash is done. You enter the amount and choose Cash, UPI or Card then.

Moving from a paper card? Add the customer with the stamps they already have.

Rewards for stamps passed (e.g. the T-shirt at 15) are added as waiting rewards.

A regular you give credit to — a taxi driver, a hotel, a neighbour. Their washes go on an account and they pay later.
